Joe joined the Equity team in early 2026. He attended Pennsylvania State University, where he earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration degrees.

He began his career managing logistics and distribution operations for FedEx and DHL. He later spent 15 years with Amway, where he held executive leadership roles across multiple disciplines, including logistics, quality, supply chain, and engineering. During his tenure, he also gained international experience through a two-year assignment in Asia.

Following his time at Amway, Joe relocated to Lowell, Michigan, where he became a partner in a small trucking company. He also founded, managed, and successfully sold a restaurant. After his experience in small business ownership, Joe transitioned to join EGM.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Joe is an avid reader who enjoys skiing, golfing, and spending time with his two children. His daughter is a graduate of Central Michigan University and currently works as a high school teacher, while his son is employed by Meijer”
