Jacob Anderson (Rob’s oldest son) is a rising talent in both the business and music communities. A proud lifelong Byron Center Bulldog and current Michigan State University Spartan, Jacob graduated from Byron Center High School in 2023 and is now pursuing his studies at MSU, where he also serves as the Lead Trumpet in the university’s renowned Jazz Studies Program.

An accomplished musician, Jacob has performed with leading jazz professionals from across the United States, including collaborations with Jazz at Lincoln Center and top artists and guest artists at Michigan State University. His dedication to performance, precision, and creativity continues to define both his musical and professional pursuits.

While completing his education at Michigan State University, Jacob is gaining hands-on experience in the mergers and acquisitions field at Equity Group of Michigan (EGM). As an analyst, he supports client engagements, financial analysis, and deal execution—building a strong foundation in business strategy and advisory services.

In his spare time, Jacob enjoys weightlifting, bodybuilding, participating in sports and fitness activities, and practicing trumpet, continually honing his craft as both a musician and a disciplined professional.
